Who is making these FAKE figures up??? Most ex tennis players I know have all quit tennis to play pickleball. I was also at the Pickleball US OPEN this past weekend and everyone I met were former tennis players that love pickleball and quit tennis. Also at the pickleball US OPEN this past weekend were so many kids of parents who were former tennis players and the children and grandchildren are now playing pickleball and NOT TENNIS!!!

Thanks to the Stanford Center on Longevity and Stanford Medical School for hosting the intimate gathering of science leaders on the topic of “The Implications Of Longevity For Medical Practice & Education”. It was an outstanding group and the discussions on the future of longevity research and practical application was fantastic. Canyon Ranch was honored to be part of this wonderful conversation. Thanks to Dr. Lloyd Minor (Dean of Medical School, Stanford University)&Dr. Valter Longo (Director of the Longevity Institute, University of Southern California) on the wonderful information.Appreciate the effort by Dr. Laura Carstensen (Director, Stanford Center on Longevity) and her entire team. Talking Tech Driven Wellness at Enchant Beauty & Wellness Festival hosted by Canyon Ranch Below are a few of the key takeaways:🔑 monitoring and diagnostics are vital to determine what modalities and protocols to utilize🔑Attempt to measure one variable from the following categories:⌚️internal objective metric⌚️external objective metric⌚️internal subjective metric⌚️external subjective metric 🔑 Recovery… Recovery… Recovery - focus on blood flow through various techniques (heat, compression, contrast therapy, light therapy, electrical muscle stimulation etc)🔑Sleep - new technologies to help optimize sleep via wearables and bedding, temperature and light regulation, vibration and sound therapy etc. 🔑Longevity & Vitality - what has evidence and what does not? Make sure you ask the right questions. Animals studies have promise, but cannot infer those results to humans. #wellness #health #longevity #vitality #healthtech #healthtechnology #wellnestechnogy #sportstech #sportstechnology
