These are great for that sweet craving that just won’t go away!

Ingredients:
4 Scoops Chocolate Muscle Gain
1 Cup Oats
1 Cup Almonds
1 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
1 Cup Honey
1/2 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter Chips

Instructions:
Blend oats and almonds to make a powder (my Magic Bullet worked great). Stir in remaining ingredients. Scoop and roll to form balls, set on cookie sheet. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

If you’re like me and love cake, then you will love this recipe! Just the right amount for a snack to satisfy your sweet tooth. Plus it has equal balance of carbs and proteins.

Ingredients:
1/2 Packet of AdvoCare Meal Replacement Shake
2 TB Water
2 Tsp. Natural Peanut Butter (optional)
Pam Baking Spray

Instructions:
Mix half shake packet and water. If needed add more water until the consistency resembles cake batter. Spray a mug with Pam baking spray. Add cake mix and cook in microwave for 45 seconds or until cooked through. Make sure not to over cook as the cake will be dry. Melt peanut butter in microwave and drizzle on top for added flavor!

Nutrition Facts without PB: 110 Cal, 1.5g Fat, 12g Carbs, 12g Protein

Low Carb Version:
Substitute Meal Replacement Shake with 1 Scoop of AdvoCare Muscle Gain.

Woohoo! It is that time of the year again! Time for EVERYTHING pumpkin! Yes, I am obsessed with the flavor, look and smell of pumpkins. My candles are pumpkin, my hand soap is pumpkin, my home decor is pumpkin and all I dream about is eating pumpkin.

If you’re like me and are trying to eat healthy and resist the urge to down a whole pumpkin pie from Marie Calenders in one sitting…then you need this smoothie..NOW!

Ingredients:
80z. Water
2 scoops ofAdvoCare Vanilla Muscle Gain
1/3c Pumpkin Puree (not pumpkin pie filling)2 Tbs of Splenda or Stevia
2 Tbs of Sugar-Free Hazelnut/Vanilla Syrup
Dash of Pumpkin Pie Spice to taste

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender or Magic Bullet and mix well. Then enjoy in front of your window as you watch the leaves fall off the trees!!

So since it was birthday last week I decided to combine two of my favorite things: Spark and cake! It turned out super moist and is Fat Free! Only approx. 150 calories per serving without the glaze!

Ingredients:
1 Box Angel Food Cake
3 Servings of Spark (Orange tasted great)
Water

Optional Glaze Ingredients:
Powdered Sugar
Vanilla Muscle Gain
Water

Directions:
Mix cake according to directions on box. Add Spark and mix. Then simply bake as directed on the box!

For Glaze:
Mix the ingredients in a bowl to taste. Make a little thin so that it will drizzle down the cake!

Makes 12 servings

Summer is just around the corner! If you need a cool, healthy treat, this one is for you! Even my kids loved it!

Ingredients:
1 Banana
1 Scoop AdvoCare Vanilla/Chocolate Muscle Gain (omit if on Cleanse)
1/4c. Water

Directions:
Chop banana and freeze. Once frozen, put all ingredients in Magic Bullet and mix until blended. If too soft, place in freezer until desired consistency is reached. You can top with fruit or nuts, and enjoy!

1 Tbs. Natural Peanut or Almond Butter
1/2 Scoop AdvoCare Vanilla Muscle Gain(chocolate flavor works too!)
1 Tablespoon Water (more if you like your dip thinner)

Stir all ingredients together and enjoy with slices of one small apple!
