  1. This is a wonderful recipe. I LOVE peanut butter, including peanut butter and bacon sandwiches! However, I do agree with the reviewer who stated being careful, and advising not to surprise anyone with the "secret" ingredient. For some reason, people are developing more and more allergies, so sad. So, please be sure to warn your guests unless you know for sure.

  2. Please, please, please be careful. Peanut allergies are on the rise, especially in young kids. I know that hiding the peanut butter and making them guess the secret ingredient sounds like fun, but it would mean a minimum of a shot and emergency room visit for my peanut allergic daughter. I haven't tried this burger but I'm sure it's amazing and so I'm giving it a good review, but please, don't hide peanuts and peanut butter from people! There are just too many people allergic to it, and a reaction can often mean death. That doesn't sound like a fun surprise to me.

  3. I rated this based on the ingredients and other reviews, as I haven't made it yet. My one concern is that each burger is 1/2 pound! I am a Weight Watcher, and that equals 24 points (nearly all of my points for one day!) I would make them 1/4 pound burgers and be able to enjoy my meal.

  4. I am rating this one 4 stars. It was good hamburger was real juicy I cooked them in skillet on my stove top. The only thing I would do is cut back on the 1/4 cup of peanut butter. It was delicious and I love peanut butter but it was a little overwhelming for my taste. I will definitely make it again just back off peanut butter!
